Great Mounts. Even better Customer Service. |

I have a supercharged RSX-S and when I installed the blower I knew I needed to get new mounts. I decided to get the mount kit and the additional front mount. I see why they sell it separately, it's really not needed unless you want to be on the safe side. I got the street version but probably should have gone with the stiffer ones. Two of the mounts ripped for some reason. I heard that Innovative is known for honoring their warranty so I gave them a call. The lady who answered was very nice (not like other companies and treat you disrespectful just because they MIGHT have to give something away for free". Not Innovative. She told me the details and I sent them in the next day. I got one level stiffer this time and they were fixed and sent back to me the same week. It's hard to find a company that makes it that simple. Thanks for your customer service Innovative.
